Abstract: In theory, Quantum Chromodynamics only needs quark masses and the strong coupling constant calibrated from experimental data to predict hadronic properties. In practice, achieving this and understanding the transition from quark to hadron masses relies on large-scale first-principles lattice QCD simulations. Using domestically generated CLQCD gauge configurations, we developed numerical techniques to systematically study ground-state hadrons containing up, down, strange, charm, and bottom quarks, including QED corrections to their masses. The precise agreement between experimental results and theoretical predictions confirms that CLQCD configurations can effectively support phenomenological and experimental studies on the origin of hadron masses and in flavor physics.
