Abstract: In the past years, a 5d/4d correspondence was proposed, which relates the 5d SCFT from M-theory on a CY3 singularity X with the 4d SCFT from IIB superstring on the same singularity. From the geometric engineering perspective, the 5d and 4d Coulomb branch, as well as many cases of the 5d Higgs branch, are relatively well understood. In this ongoing work, we tackle the final, hardest problem of understanding the Higgs branch of the 4d N=2 SCFT from the resolution of singularity. We discuss aspects such as the magnetic quiver, BPS quiver and VOA in detailed examples.
